Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should bring able to work early-morning and night shifts; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₹240 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
