Retail butcher wanted in Kusilvak Census Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Kusilvak Census Area, Alaska. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
