Tandoor cook wanted in Maradun

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Maradun, Zamfara State. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time with occasional weekends.
