Now hiring: we are hiring a forklift driver in Douglas County, Illinois. The job is at a container loading yard. The role involves: • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Assist with stock takes and cycle counting • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
