Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone You should bring able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required.
