Fry cook — Ukwuani

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Ukwuani, Delta State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 2+ years on the tools preferred.
