Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Delta County, Texas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
