What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
