Heavy equipment operator (dozer) • Edgar County, Illinois

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Edgar County, Illinois. Day to day you will form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals. You should have: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
