Confectioner wanted in Kabba/Bunu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Kabba/Bunu, Kogi State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time, day shift.
