We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Graves County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
