Chef de partie wanted in Waller County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Waller County, Texas. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
