Powder coating operator — Jack County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Jack County, Texas. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
