Fine-dining server — Etsako West

Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Etsako West, Edo. You will be based in a coffee shop. The role involves clear and reset tables between covers; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
