Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Darke County, Ohio. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
