Tandoor cook wanted in Ojo

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Ojo, Lagos State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
