Surface coating operator — Okpe

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Okpe, Delta State. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
