Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Day to day you will fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments.
