Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a banquet hall. You should bring previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; able to stand on your feet for long shifts. On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method ₹51,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
