Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Part-time with flexible hours.
