Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
