We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Duval County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Your main tasks: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
