Urgent requirement: finishing presser (England)

Join our team: we are hiring a finishing presser in Sefton, England. The job is at a garment factory. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings The role involves spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
