Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
