Groundsman — Gorakhpur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundsman in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a plant nursery. The role involves: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters You should bring valid driving licence for travel between sites; pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage; previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance.
