Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Surulere, Oyo State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen We offer ₦80,000 per month plus benefits.
