Urgent requirement: coating plant operator (Utah)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Beaver County, Utah. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
