Punch press operator wanted in Sibsagar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Sibsagar, Assam. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses On a typical shift you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
