Immediate opening: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Arlington County, Virginia. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) On a typical shift you will dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
