Oven operator wanted in Ukwuani

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Ukwuani, Delta State. You will work at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
