Immediate opening: overhead (EOT) crane operator (Niger State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Bosso, Niger State. Your main tasks: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
