Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Ifedayo, Osun State. Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
