Track-type tractor operator — DuPage County

Now hiring: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in DuPage County, Illinois. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. The role involves carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank. You should have: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant We offer $190 per day plus benefits.
