The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₹37,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
