Dishwashing attendant • Lander County, Nevada

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Lander County, Nevada. You will work at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
