Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers.
