You should have: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg You will call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules; check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out; keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots.
