Bread baker wanted in Iguegben

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Iguegben, Edo. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦175,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
