Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Muya, Niger State. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
