Great opportunity: cook (Osun State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Irepodun, Osun State. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
