Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
