Canteen cook wanted in Hocking County

Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Hocking County, Ohio. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
