Food and beverage server — Lane County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Lane County, Oregon. The job is in a five-star hotel. You will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
