Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Sherman County, Texas. The job is in a coffee shop. Your main tasks: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 3+ years on the tools preferred.
