Fry cook — Suffolk

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Suffolk, England. Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Performance bonus on top of base pay.
