Gantry crane operator wanted in Ringim

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Ringim, Jigawa State. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans On the job you will handle: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦245,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
