Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
