Meat trimmer — Lafayette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Lafayette County, Florida. You will work in a meat processing plant. The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time with occasional weekends.
