Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
