Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Wright County, Minnesota. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
